Bucks vs. Suns live stream: How to watch Game 1 of 2021 NBA Finals via online stream on ABC

ABC will host Tuesday’s NBA Finals matchup between the Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks with tip off set for 9:00 p.m. ET. Game 1 will take place at Phoenix Suns arena.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this 2021 NBA Finals matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription. If you don’t have a cable login to access ESPN for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

Update, 1:30 p.m. ET — Giannis will play in Game 1 vs. the Suns, per multiple reports.

The Suns enter with everything going in their favor. They’ve got home court advantage over the Bucks and are 6-2 so far in the 2021 playoffs in Phoenix. Chris Paul is healthy and coming off arguably his best playoff game ever in the series-clincher in Game 6 vs. the Clippers. Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton are ready. The Suns have perimeter defenders to contain Milwaukee’s scorers. The Suns are favored by 5.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook entering Tuesday morning.

The big question for the Bucks is whether or not Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) will play. Antetokounmpo’s status is uncertain, though it feels like he’s unlikely to play in Game 1. We could see Giannis miss a few games before returning depending on where the Bucks are at heading back to Milwaukee for Game 3. We saw in the East Finals how the Bucks were able to get by without Antetokounmpo in Games 5 and 6 to defeat the Hawks. Winning games without Giannis against the Suns may be more difficult, particularly with two games on the road to start the Finals.
